Craig Cox became the head coach of the Seaman Vikings boys basketball program in the spring of 2011. Coach Cox began his teaching and coaching career in 1986 at Shawnee Heights High School and moved to Washburn Rural High School in 2003.

Coach Stallbaumer joined the Seaman Vikings boys basketball program in 2006. He coached the freshmen boys program for 5 years with the teams combining for over 70 wins.

Jeff Pierce joined the Seaman Vikings boys basketball program in the summer of 2012. Coach Pierce began his teaching and coaching career in 2003 at Washburn Rural High School and Middle School coaching cross country, boys basketball, and track.

Kevin Hoffmans joined the Seaman Vikings boys basketball program in the summer of 2016 and is currently the freshmen team coach.
